The museum is built within the vast premises of the north-east side of Lake Kawaguchiko. Permanent exhibition includes works of Genichiro Adachi and photographer Koyo Okada on the subject of Mt. Fuji. The perfect view of Lake Kawaguchiko can be enjoyed from the observation lounge and the garden.

The art museum established by Itchiku Kubota, who was the original creator of dyeing textile called, “Itchiku-Tsujigahana.” The exhibition includes a series with the theme of four seasons and works with theme of Mt. Fuji. There is a gallery of his collection.
